Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
Develop and implement data models and algorithms to optimize business operations
Use Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
Build and maintain data pipelines to validate data integrity and quality
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in large datasets
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast business outcomes
Support data-driven strategies to enhance client operations and achieve strategic goals
Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive data warehouses and support analytics initiatives
Mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques and methodologies

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
At least one certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
Advanced data analysis techniques for complex problem-solving
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
Machine learning for predictive analytics and insights
Data integration and data quality improvement plans
Analytical thinking skills in complex data environments
