About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze complex manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Implement digital automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Utilize emerging technologies to develop and optimize digital twin models for manufacturing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tooling into existing manufacturing workflows

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Proficiency in digital tooling and emerging technologies
- Analytical thinking to enhance manufacturing strategies
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Operations strategy with a focus on process simulation
- Project resource management
- Product ideation and production control
- Ability to travel up to 80%
