  • Refine budgeting and forecasting methodologies
  • Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis, including systems and data testing
  • Enhance internal and external financial reporting capabilities
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex financial and operational issues
  • Ensure high standards of quality and compliance in deliverables
  • Deliver digital finance solutions leveraging AI technologies
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through communication and engagement
  • Develop understanding of broader business dynamics and finance transformation initiatives
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Coach others, make complex decisions, and lead cross-functional teams and project workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 4 years of relevant experience in finance operations, including strong exposure to procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report processes
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • CPA or other relevant certifications
  • Consulting experience leading and supporting large, complex finance transformation initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and proficiency in financial systems implementations
  • Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions
  • Experience in managerial cost accounting, financial modeling, and simplifying complex processes for cost/time reduction
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle or similar
  • Strong capabilities in business and data analysis, BI/analytics reporting, and data management
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based data warehousing solutions
  • Ability to manage and lead complex project workstreams and cross-functional teams effectively
  • Exceptional client engagement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
  • Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
