About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP architecture and functional design across finance technology initiatives
- Lead ERP solution design sessions, translating business requirements into system requirements and implementation plans
- Develop AI and Copilot-enabled process improvements supporting automation, productivity, and user adoption
- Direct complex workstreams across analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment for ERP transformation programs
- Review current-state processes and identify opportunities to streamline integrations, controls, and reporting
- Guide teams through issue resolution, risk escalation, and decision making during challenging project phases
- Coach team members on solution design, delivery planning, and client-facing communication
- Build trusted client relationships by presenting recommendations, validating outcomes, and adjusting plans based on feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/Finance & Operations certifications; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/Finance & Operations Solution Architect-level certifications; Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology certifications; relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP application certifications
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Engineering
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution architecture experience in client-facing settings
- AI and Copilot functional design knowledge for enterprise ERP transformations
- Ability to translate business needs into process and system requirements for complex programs
- Ability to craft executive-ready messages for diverse stakeholder groups and project teams
- Ability to lead coaching conversations and guide teams through ambiguity and change
- Ability to travel up to 60%
