Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead custom application development and testing workstreams across cloud-native and on-premise environments
  • Guide architecture, design, and build activities for new solutions and modernization efforts
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Drive software development planning, sprint coordination, and release sequencing across multiple teams
  • Review code, application frameworks, and integration patterns
  • Apply CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging methods
  • Advise clients on technology choices, implementation options, and tradeoffs across application platforms
  • Coach engineers on coding standards, software design, and troubleshooting approaches
  • Advance AI-enabled engineering methods, rapid experimentation, and digital tooling
  • Validate application performance, integration behavior, and testing results against project requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Experience leading custom application development and testing initiatives across cloud-native stacks
  • Experience with AI-native engineering across requirements, architecture, and testing
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, React Native, or .NET
  • Experience directing CI/CD, code review, and quality software delivery practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable application and integration solutions
  • Experience coaching teams through ambiguity, complex decisions, and technical tradeoffs
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and application lifecycle management
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
