About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI and GenAI data science workstreams for client engagements and translate business questions into analytic approaches
- Develop machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing models for complex business problems
- Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and rapid experimentation to structured and unstructured data
- Design data science workflows connecting data engineering, data quality, and model development
- Build and refine data models, data pipelines, and analytical assets for scalable solution delivery
- Evaluate model performance, test assumptions, and adjust approaches based on findings and client feedback
- Communicate analytic results through narratives, visualizations, and technical recommendations
- Coach team members through ambiguity and support delivery across multiple priorities
- Apply professional standards and governance considerations to promote responsible AI use
- Lead large workstreams, use judgment in ambiguous situations, and connect technical analysis to business priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Preference for study in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, or Risk Management/Insurance
- AI and GenAI data science leadership across client-facing programs
- Machine learning, deep learning, and NLP experience
- Ability to craft executive-ready narratives from analytics and model outputs
- Experience validating outcomes through experimentation, feedback, and iterative refinement
- Ability to coach diverse teams through ambiguity and changing priorities
- Ability to travel up to 80%
