About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large-scale digital transformation projects focused on business process improvement and IT controls
- Use SAP, Oracle, and Workday to help clients manage risk and controls during transformation journeys
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls and governance processes to improve regulatory compliance
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations
- Direct teams through complex and uncertain situations while maintaining composure and strategic focus
- Craft and convey clear, impactful messages to stakeholders
- Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Build and maintain client relationships to identify and address business challenges
- Assess and manage risk and controls during client transformation journeys
- Educate clients on leading-practice recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Knowledge of and/or success in managerial roles involving designing and implementing blockchain technology solutions
- Understanding of security and controls related to different networks, tokens, and elements of the digital asset ecosystem
- Advanced skills in business process improvement
- Analytical thinking to solve complex financial challenges
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity with strategic questioning
- Ability to apply IT controls to enhance security and compliance
- Ability to convey impactful messages through storytelling
- Ability to embrace change and foster innovation in asset management
- Preference for study in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, or Finance
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
