About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, challenge and support

Requirements
What you’ll need- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent)
- Strong technical finance expertise and ability to apply financial knowledge in a commercial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations
- Commercially minded and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Track record of driving positive business outcomes
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present financial information clearly and engage diverse audiences
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies
