About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client-facing consulting efforts focused on business application strategy, implementation, training, and support within PwC's Advisory practice
  • Lead IFS Cloud implementation and modernization workstreams for field service and operations clients
  • Advise clients on process redesign, operating model improvements, and technology integration across service and maintenance functions
  • Direct project teams through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Validate business requirements and translate them into scalable application and workflow solutions
  • Coordinate system integration efforts across enterprise platforms such as IFS and other operational technologies
  • Guide issue resolution, risk tracking, and delivery planning across complex implementation efforts
  • Coach team members on application consulting methods, project delivery, and client-facing execution
  • Present progress, options, and recommendations to client stakeholders to support informed decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
  • IFS Cloud delivery leadership across complex client programs
  • Systems thinking to diagnose process and technology gaps
  • Executive-ready communication connecting business outcomes
  • Coaching diverse teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Validating client feedback and adapting implementation approaches
  • Professional standards and operational excellence
  • Travel up to 60%
