Analyze client needs and implement Oracle software solutions
Provide training and support for effective utilization of Oracle applications
Manage stakeholder expectations and foster client relationships
Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle-based initiatives
Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite and CRM to enhance client outcomes
Develop and oversee deployment of scalable Oracle solutions
Promote innovative design and emerging technologies within Oracle projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Experience leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM for client solutions
Skills in systems project management and enterprise integration
Analytical thinking and strategic questioning in complex scenarios
Ability to implement innovative design and technology integration strategies
Ability to develop training materials to enhance team performance and knowledge
Storytelling skills to convey impactful and engaging messages
