About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale tax transformation and ERP implementation programmes, including SAP, Oracle and Workday, across multiple workstreams
Own programme plans, budgets, governance, risks and dependencies
Maintain quality and alignment with client objectives and PwC standards
Work with subject matter experts to design and deliver technology-enabled processes across direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and customs duties
Build trusted client relationships and act as a key day-to-day contact
Communicate progress, issues and decisions clearly
Bring together colleagues from tax, consulting and technology
Support junior team members through coaching and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
Ability to balance pace, quality and commercial outcomes
Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence across internal and client teams
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience managing budgets, dependencies and delivery risk
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, practical process designs and delivery plans
Comfortable working across jurisdictions and with multidisciplinary, international teams
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative, inclusive leadership style
Curiosity about innovation, emerging technology and the changing regulatory landscape
Experience or transferable skills from consulting, technology, tax or finance backgrounds
