About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a range of integration and data projects, including complex Workday Studio integrations across the full functionality of Workday
- Work on global rollouts across key parts of the end-to-end design of integrations in and out of Workday
- Lead an integration team through Go-Live
- Solicit and manage client requirements
- Present and facilitate workshops
- Analyse data and configure solutions in Workday
- Collaborate with HR and Financials transformation teams and the wider PwC network to identify and create client-value solutions
- Support and inspire colleagues
- Contribute to proposition and business development activities
- Work with all levels of client organisations, from C-suite to back-office operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience leading integration projects as part of Workday implementations
- Background in Finance Transformation Consulting or Technology
- Current Workday Certifications (beneficial)
- Client-facing Workday experience
- Strong digital and data skills
- Ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
- Demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources
- Ability to quickly build relationships across a networked organisation and adapt style to suit the audience
- Availability for travel up to 60%
- Available for work visa sponsorship
- Government clearance not required
