About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee client service workstreams within project portfolio management
- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder needs across strategic programs
- Analyze complex situations and manage assigned work
- Guide junior team members and build client relationships
- Support project planning and track progress against milestones
- Interpret feedback and help teams navigate shifting priorities
- Manage project workstreams from planning through delivery across strategic PMO managed services engagements
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and action trackers for assigned client work
- Coordinate project governance activities, including status reporting, issue tracking, and dependency management
- Analyze project risks, control points, and scope changes to support timely decisions
- Prepare meeting materials, project documentation, and executive summaries for client and internal stakeholders
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methods
- Track budgets, resource assignments, and delivery progress across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Support change control processes, process mapping, and process standardization efforts
- Use project management software and digital tooling to organize tasks, monitor deadlines, and capture action items
- Guide junior team members by reviewing deliverables, sharing feedback, and strengthening project delivery skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating project management coursework or internship experience in PMO settings
- Applying Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methods in project coordination tasks
- Using project planning, tracking, and documentation tools effectively
- Interpreting stakeholder needs while navigating ambiguity and change
- Developing risk registers, process maps, and change control materials
- Supporting program delivery, budgeting, and service models with attention to detail
- Up to 20% travel
