  • Monitor project risks, issues, change requests, and action items, escalating concerns as needed
  • Prepare status updates, governance materials, and meeting support documentation
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project lifecycle methods
  • Analyze project data, budgets, and resource needs to inform forecasts, decisions, and recommendations
  • Maintain project documentation, process maps, and control logs
  • Support project portfolio reporting, business case development, and service delivery model improvement
  • Build client relationships and adapt delivery plans and working practices based on feedback
  • Mentor junior team members on project coordination, documentation, and delivery tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
  • Demonstrating Agile methodology and Kanban project coordination
  • Managing project governance, risk registers, and change control processes
  • Developing stakeholder engagement across client service engagements
  • Applying project budgeting, costing, and business case development
  • Using project management software, documentation, and tracking tools
