About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage assigned project workstreams within Project Portfolio Management and Project Management
- Support strategic PMO managed services work and translate client needs into organized plans, deliverables, and timing
- Manage project planning, scheduling, scope tracking, and dependency coordination across assigned client workstreams
- Develop project documentation, status updates, and governance materials
- Monitor project risks, issues, change requests, and action items, escalating matters when timelines or scope shift
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods to organize delivery tasks and support iterative project execution
- Coordinate budget tracking, resource allocation, and project forecasting
- Analyze project data and delivery metrics to identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Support project portfolio management, PMO activities, and service delivery models across managed services engagements
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to align priorities and support delivery outcomes
- Guide junior team members through project tasks, documentation standards, and delivery procedures
- Maintain project controls, change control processes, and documentation accuracy across multiple concurrent assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating project management office support in client-facing settings
- Utilizing Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project delivery methods
- Managing project governance, scope, schedule, and risk tracking
- Developing stakeholder engagement plans across complex workstreams
- Applying project management software for documentation and reporting
