About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint and related technologies
- Manage access control systems and confirm compliance with authorization management protocols
- Collaborate with clients to understand identity management needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance security measures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Design and maintain systems for identity verification and user access rights management
- Integrate federated identity management and identity governance frameworks into client environments
- Provide technical documentation and support for identity and access management projects
- Analyze complex cybersecurity challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Mentor junior team members in identity and access management practices and technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one certification aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Proficiency in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Experience utilizing Azure Active Directory for identity management solutions
- Experience managing CyberArk for privileged access management
- Experience implementing Role Based Access Control (RBAC) systems
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving within cybersecurity contexts
