About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop advanced SAP Process Orchestration solutions to optimise integration and automate workflows
- Manage and resolve service tickets within an application managed service
- Implement change requests and drive continuous improvement within SAP landscapes
- Work across at least three SAP modules to enhance system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyse requirements, lead testing, and oversee deployments using agile methodologies
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting
- Stay current with emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools and recommend innovative client solutions
- Monitor application operations and respond in real time
- Improve existing products and introduce new functionalities
- Repair, document, create CRs, and sometimes teach clients’ employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and developing solutions with SAP Process Orchestration
- Written and spoken German – minimum B2
- Written and spoken English – minimum B2
- Proven experience processing tickets within an application managed service
- Experience implementing change requests
- Strong knowledge of at least three SAP modules
- Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with agile methods
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work, including task automation, information analysis, and content creation
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (nice to have)
- Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process (nice to have)
- CV must be submitted in English
