About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client supply chain and operations needs to identify process gaps and SAP solution requirements
- Support SAP supply chain implementations by configuring process flows, validating business requirements, and preparing deployment activities
- Develop workstream deliverables for planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and transportation processes
- Interpret supply chain performance metrics to recommend process improvements and operational changes
- Coordinate issue resolution across SAP SCM activities, project tasks, and client dependencies
- Apply supply chain management software knowledge to support transformation initiatives and system adoption
- Prepare training materials and user guidance to support solution use and process alignment
- Review work products for accuracy and consistency
- Mentor junior team members on assigned tasks
- Help clients optimize SAP supply chain and operations applications and translate business needs into practical solutions
- Contribute to workstreams, validate deliverables, and help drive progress across supply chain transformation efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- SAP Supply Chain consulting experience across client service engagements
- Supply chain planning, procurement, or operations process knowledge
- Ability to interpret data to inform recommendations and delivery decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while anticipating team and client needs
- Ability to mentor junior team members through complex workstreams
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
