About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client-facing SAP supply chain and operations consulting efforts
- Lead SAP supply chain and operations consulting workstreams for client programs
- Advise clients on supply chain process optimization, operating model design, and system-driven transformation
- Translate business requirements into SAP configuration and implementation activities across planning, procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes
- Guide teams through complex delivery phases, balancing scope, timing, and dependency management
- Validate solution options against client objectives and adjust plans based on feedback and business priorities
- Develop practical approaches for supply chain performance improvement, cost management, and lead time reduction
- Oversee issue resolution across process, technology, and data workstreams
- Coach team members on SAP supply chain methods, project delivery, and client communication
- Present recommendations and progress updates to client leaders and internal stakeholders
- Apply systems thinking to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities across end-to-end supply chain operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, or Science
- Demonstrating SAP supply chain transformations across complex client environments
- Applying systems thinking to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Crafting clear client messages that connect strategy, data, and execution
- Validating outcomes through client feedback and alternate perspectives
- Coaching teams through ambiguity with sound judgment and composure
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
