Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively assist in managing several clients while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Develop personal and team technical expertise
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Participate in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
Develop internal relationships and the PwC brand
Help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, math, or statistics
4–6 years of experience in accounting/finance and tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and payroll
Very good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Very good knowledge of National Accounting Standards
Very good knowledge of Albanian tax legislation, including corporate income tax and value added tax
ACCA qualification is an advantage
Commitment to a long-term career in tax and accounting
Excellent command of English
Ability to work in a team
