Develop and implement ServiceNow customizations, including core platform setup, workflow administration, and third-party integrations
Lead the team responsible for ServiceNow platform implementation and administration
Manage system configurations and gather user requirements
Use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance ServiceNow functionalities and user interfaces
Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Collaborate with clients to understand cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions
Apply cybersecurity principles to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems
Manage security incident responses and conduct vulnerability assessments
Leverage Azure Web Services and Active Directory for enhanced security architecture and compliance
Use agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver timely solutions
Build and maintain client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality service

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
At least one certification aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
Proficiency in ServiceNow customization and integration
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web development
Experience leading ServiceNow platform implementation and administration
Client-facing communication and relationship building
Agile methodologies in development environments
