About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support software engineering projects through code reviews and application of solution architecture principles
- Assist in designing and developing software systems using computer engineering and computer science methodologies
- Collaborate with teams on software design and development processes
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals about PwC practices and methodologies
- Perform basic tasks and conduct research supporting client-focused software engineering initiatives
- Explore innovative software solutions and improve existing processes
- Share ideas and support project goals through teamwork
- Gain exposure to Assurance assignments, PwC methodologies, and client service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Typically in the third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
- Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA
- Ability to leverage AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Intellectual curiosity in software engineering
- Knowledge of solution architecture and software design
- Participation in code review and teamwork activities
- Application of computer science and engineering principles
- Active listening and communication skills
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, subject to the stated policy
