About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage identity and access management workstreams across client engagements from planning through delivery
- Design and configure privileged access management solutions supporting secure access to systems and sensitive data
- Analyze access control requirements and translate them into role-based access control and authorization models
- Review user access, entitlement structures, and access governance processes to identify control gaps and remediation needs
- Implement and maintain CyberArk, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity solutions
- Develop technical documentation, system requirements, and process guidance for identity governance activities
- Interpret complex identity, security, and infrastructure issues to develop practical recommendations
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and mentor junior team members while supporting engagement quality and delivery
- Build client relationships, anticipate team and client needs, and adapt to changing business and technical requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Experience in identity and access management client support
- Experience applying access control models and privileged access management tools
- Ability to interpret data to inform access governance recommendations
- Ability to navigate complex cybersecurity situations with client-focused communication
- Understanding of business context and team priorities
- Ability to uphold technical standards while mentoring junior team members
- Ability to travel up to 40%
