About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate product vision into tax innovation roadmaps and delivery plans aligned with business priorities
- Lead product definition, planning, release, and lifecycle management for technology-enabled tax solutions
- Guide market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs analysis to shape product direction and feature prioritization
- Drive commercialization planning, pricing strategy, and sales support for commercial product offerings
- Manage executive-level client relationships and advise on product strategy for tax transformation initiatives
- Develop business cases, operational models, and product specifications for new products and enhancements
- Coordinate Agile delivery across design, engineering, and tax professionals to move ideas into production
- Promote digital tooling, AI fluency, and rapid experimentation to improve product development and service delivery
- Identify market opportunities and turn them into scalable solutions supporting profitable growth
- Lead strategic planning across multiple workstreams
- Mentor teams and develop future leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Experience leading product strategy for tax technology initiatives
- Experience driving business growth through client-facing product solutions
- Experience developing new product ideas, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with execution across multiple projects
- Experience mentoring teams while promoting inclusion and commercial thinking
- Applying Agile methodology, market analysis, and AI fluency
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
