About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead test execution efforts for banking platform transformation projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies
- Manage and coordinate test case generation and execution to validate system functionality
- Utilize automation testing tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee defect management processes to identify and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project goals

- Ensure compliance with quality assurance best practices and standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address testing challenges and requirements

- Partner with team leadership on quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Address conflicts and issues with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Experience utilizing Agile methodologies for software testing
- Experience managing quality assurance processes in banking technology
- Experience leading automation testing initiatives
- Expertise in defect management and fault analysis
- Ability to implement strategic questioning for problem diagnosis
- Ability to develop skills in software quality assurance
- Ability to embrace change and innovation in testing environments
- Up to 40% travel
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
