About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership and deliver assigned financial due diligence areas
  • Analyse financial and non-financial information on buy-side and sell-side engagements
  • Contribute to clear, insightful financial due diligence reports
  • Support interactions with senior management, business owners, and private equity investors
  • Identify trends, risks, deal breakers, and value-creation opportunities
  • Coach and support junior team members
  • Use Alteryx and Power BI to enhance insight and project delivery
  • Build internal and external networks and contribute to opportunity development
  • Demonstrate integrity and values-led leadership
  • Work across private equity, investment fund, and corporate transactions throughout the deal cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess an ACA/ICAS Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience
  • Strong financial due diligence and analysis skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent report writing, data interpretation, and Excel skills
  • Experience managing teams and delegating effectively
  • Ability to mentor and coach colleagues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Willingness to embrace data tools and new ways of working
  • Availability for work visa sponsorship is stated as Yes
