About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Undertake in-depth financial analysis of client and target financial data to identify deal issues and business value drivers
  • Prepare Quality of Earnings, normalized net working capital, and debt and debt-like items analyses
  • Use data analytics tools to improve data processing and analysis and present data effectively
  • Provide transaction advice as a trusted adviser
  • Deliver client-facing projects and serve as the main daily contact for senior client contacts
  • Manage time, plan and organize tasks, monitor progress, and meet deadlines
  • Act as a key team member on large complex assignments and lead work streams on smaller and medium-sized engagements
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and internal contacts
  • Give clear directions and positive, constructive feedback
  • Coach less experienced staff and assist in developing team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience at Manager level with solid Financial Due Diligence experience
  • Proven technical and analytical capabilities, including financial and business performance analysis skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and report writing skills
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Chartered Accountant Designation (CPA or local equivalent) nice to have
  • Data analytics experience using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau desirable
  • Available for work visa sponsorship: No
