About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models and business cases
  • Undertake business analysis and redesign business processes
  • Support change management to embed new ways of working
  • Mobilise and deliver programmes through PMO, Transformation Office, portfolio, governance and assurance roles
  • Manage plans, risks, dependencies, benefits and commercial matters
  • Prepare executive reporting
  • Support implementation across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches
  • Engage senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary PwC and client teams
  • Support or lead significant strategy, design and transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analyst: Early experience supporting complex transformation programmes
  • Senior Analyst: Experience owning work, solving delivery challenges and engaging clients across significant, multi-workstream programmes
  • Manager: Experience leading major workstreams, programmes and teams, building trusted senior relationships and shaping commercially focused approaches
  • Capability or experience across analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation, governance or delivery
  • Structured problem-solving
  • Clear communication
  • Applicants must be available to work in New Zealand
