About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams for finance and accounting clients
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts
  • Guide teams through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Develop and mentor junior staff and review work products
  • Analyze client planning processes and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting flow
  • Coordinate Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and related platform activities
  • Build trusted client relationships and align solution delivery with business objectives and finance transformation goals
  • Apply technical knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and related tools to solve complex implementation challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of Workday product experience
  • At least one of the following: a Workday Pro certification, preferably Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management
  • Master's or Master of Business Administration degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, or Human Resources/Industrial Relations
  • Up to 60% travel
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
