About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding questions and technical issues
  • Use AI to implement and adapt workflows, rules, and user interfaces in the Pyck Framework
  • Assess the technical feasibility of requirements and ensure accurate implementation of business logic
  • Develop and maintain interfaces to ERP, EDI, carrier, and WCS systems
  • Analyze technical issues and coordinate their resolution with customer project teams and the Pyck Core Pod
  • Support customers during implementation and after go-live, and analyze complex errors
  • Contribute to enhancements of the Mobile App and Pyck Control

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in software development or the technical implementation of software solutions
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and an interest in exploring new applications in software development
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, assess them systematically, and translate them into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and integrations
  • Experience with Go, GraphQL, Temporal, NATS, React, or Flutter is a plus
  • Enjoyment of collaborating with customers as well as product and development teams
