About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead WMS and intralogistics projects for large enterprises from planning through go-live
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources; monitor risks and coordinate with all stakeholders
Set up project workflows using tools such as Slack, Linear, and GitHub
Manage project budgets and invoices
Coordinate development and testing through production deployment, as well as releases and change management
Document warehouse processes together with warehouse employees
Develop suitable target processes in line with Pyck’s methodology, for example using BPMN
Connect warehouse teams, development teams, and customer-side decision-makers
Provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Apply project experience and appropriate AI tools to continuously improve Pyck’s methodologies, tools, and product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience leading WMS or intralogistics projects in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and how they are represented in software
Experience with project planning and management, including responsibility for budgets, resources, and risks
Experience with process modeling using BPMN
Familiarity with software project workflows, from development and testing through implementation, as well as releases and change management
Hands-on experience with AI tools and an interest in using them effectively in project work and process design
Confident working with diverse stakeholders and communicating at both operational and executive levels
