About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently perform installation of fire sprinkler systems
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects
- Use hand tools and installation equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes
- Complete required documentation and installation reports accurately and on time
- Communicate with customers and internal team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Support and assist entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed
- Travel to job sites as required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as an apprentice or technician
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler system installation practices
- NICET Level I or above preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in commercial, industrial, and construction environments
- Ability to work in varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
