About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery excellence
- Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Develop and present strategic recommendations and insights
- Oversee project teams and mentor junior consultants
- Oversee schedules, regulatory compliance, engineering standards, design, and risk management in a utility setting
- Track milestones and completion across projects
- Support capital portfolio and project management initiatives for Energy & Utilities clients
- Contribute to business development and drive client success from start to finish
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proven project management experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Preferred areas of expertise: Construction Financial Management, Project Management, Organizational Design, Analytical Research, Industrial Engineering, Microsoft Copilot / AI-enabled workflow tools
- Ability to travel 10–25% as needed
