About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Montar desde cero un equipo de unas 5 personas de desarrollo y QA
- Contratar, hacer mentoring y gestionar el desempeño del equipo
- Liderar la parte técnica y de delivery junto al Product Owner
- Actuar como scrum master y agile coach
- Mantener entregas cortas y continuas, evitando proyectos parados durante meses y el desgaste del equipo
- Mantenerse cerca del código, revisando código y participando en bugs y releases cuando sea necesario
- Decidir dónde la IA puede asumir partes del proceso de testing y dónde se requiere revisión humana
- Coordinarse con otros leads para alinear prioridades y dependencias
Requirements
What you’ll need- Más de 5 años gestionando equipos de ingeniería
- Base sólida de ingeniería de software
- Experiencia aplicando Agile, Lean, SAFe y XP en el día a día
- Experiencia integrando IA en el ciclo de desarrollo
- Conocimiento del ecosistema de test automation
- Objective-C valorado, pero no imprescindible
- También se consideran perfiles con C/C++ multiplataforma (Windows, Mac y Linux) o C#/.NET, con disposición para aprender un stack nuevo
- Inglés fluido, idioma de trabajo
- Experiencia en producto enterprise COTS valorada
- Experiencia con pipelines de CI/CD en GitLab o GitHub valorada
- Experiencia con OCR, visión por ordenador o herramientas de test automation valorada
