About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, validate, and launch new product opportunities within the Life Sciences domain.
  • Explore emerging areas within the Life Sciences value chain.
  • Identify high-value customer problems and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Build strategic hypotheses and product visions.
  • Make informed investment decisions based on evidence.
  • Conduct continuous product discovery with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Validate customer needs, value propositions, and business opportunities.
  • Design and test hypotheses through interviews, prototypes, pilots, and experiments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to transform validated concepts into products.
  • Deliver iterative releases focused on learning and early adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to validate positioning and target segments.
  • Assess willingness-to-pay and market demand.
  • Establish success criteria and validation metrics.
  • Track qualitative and quantitative signals to evaluate product traction.
  • Maintain alignment between customer insights and product strategy.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and influence strategic product decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive hands-on experience within Life Sciences quality environments, including GMP and/or GCP processes.
  • Proven track record taking products from concept to initial market traction in a B2B environment.
  • Around 10 years of Product Management experience, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong experience working directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams.
  • Experience building products in complex enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of data products, integrations, and platform ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Quality Management, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Supply Chain within Life Sciences.
  • Nice to have: Previous exposure to highly regulated industries.
  • Nice to have: Experience bringing new products to market internationally.
