About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking Solutions
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements
- Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to deliver product initiatives
- Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders as a subject matter expert on back-office banking workflows and Agentic Solutions
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in software product management or similar roles
- 4+ years experience in the Financial Services industry and/or strong understanding of banking operations
- Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Excel and data analysis proficiency
- Self-starter with ability to deliver results independently
- Familiarity with using AI Solutions, i.e. Claude, ChatGPT
- Understanding of how AI systems operate (Tokenomics, Agent Development, Skills Writing, etc.)
- Fluent written and oral communication in English
