About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the integration onboarding cycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing and activation
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding integration topics
Define and document customer integration requirements
Collaborate with Customer Onboarding Managers to align integrations with implementation and go-live timelines
Coordinate with integration partners and the Professional Services team to prepare, configure and validate system connections
Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines
Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Support pre-sales discussions where integration requirements are key
Capture technical input ahead of customer sign-up
Continuously improve integration documentation, processes and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in integrations, technical project management or similar roles
Affinity with or an understanding of the transport & logistics industry is a big plus
Strong technical affinity and comfort discussing APIs, data flows or system connections
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communication with operational and technical stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing scale-up environment where ownership and initiative matter
