About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build cross-platform iOS and Android features in the React Native and Expo codebase
  • Work with TypeScript and interact with the GraphQL API (Hasura), Firebase, and Firestore
  • Build reliable mobile experiences including stop completion flows, document capture, real-time status updates, and offline resilience
  • Optimize app performance and implement best practices for field use where connectivity is not guaranteed
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams
  • Influence mobile architecture and product direction
  • Improve efficiency and sustainability in the logistics industry through software used by drivers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in mobile development
  • Solid hands-on experience with React Native and Expo
  • Production apps shipped to both the App Store and Google Play
  • Clean, typed TypeScript
  • Good grasp of component-based architecture and state management
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and API-driven mobile apps
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Nice to have: Mobile-first design experience
  • Nice to have: Experience with Firebase / Firestore for real-time data
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with offline-first mobile patterns
  • Nice to have: Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up or product company
