About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a functional domain within Qargo's Transport Management System end-to-end
Continuously talk to customers to understand workflows and underlying problems
Identify patterns and design solutions that serve multiple customers
Partner with support, onboarding and sales to collect and prioritize feedback and feature requests
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success/support to design, prototype, and build customer solutions
Manage internal and external communication of product releases
Work closely with the CEO and product team to shape product direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in a product related function
Ability to quickly learn a wide range of product functionalities and understand diverse customer needs, particularly in logistics or transport
Product experience with a UX background
Ability to prioritize large and small-scale initiatives against day-to-day maintenance and bug fixes
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Customer-obsessed systems mindset
Attention to detail and ability to understand underlying mechanics
Strong focus on business impact
Fluent in English
Dutch is a plus
