About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, implement, and continuously improve quality and management systems
  • Advise and support clients in the area of IATF 16949
  • Conduct and support system, process, and supplier audits
  • Conduct and facilitate FMEAs, and further develop existing FMEA structures
  • Apply and implement the Automotive Core Tools
  • Introduce and apply structured problem-solving techniques
  • Analyze, optimize, and stabilize production and quality processes
  • Develop and enable suppliers
  • Support clients with challenging production, quality, and escalation issues
  • Take ownership of and manage complex customer and special projects
  • Prepare companies for, and support them during, customer, certification, and process audits
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for specialists and managers
  • Collaborate with clients’ quality management, engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, and management teams
  • Support clients from initial analysis through sustainable implementation in day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, production, supplier management, or the automotive industry
  • A technical degree or comparable technical training combined with relevant professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge in several areas, such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, Automotive Core Tools, management systems, auditing, supplier development, or production management
  • Experience analyzing, optimizing, and sustainably stabilizing processes; experience managing complex projects is preferred
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach, along with confidence when working with clients
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and conducting audits, workshops, or training sessions
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
