About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI and NLP solutions for real-world business problems
Build and optimize solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Transformers and deep learning
Develop production-grade AI/ML models and applications using Python and PySpark
Translate business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and measurable outcomes
Research and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant use cases
Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, software engineers and business stakeholders
Communicate technical concepts, approaches and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with Azure-based AI/data environments and database-oriented systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, AI/ML or a related field
Internship, research and part-time experience are not counted toward the minimum experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark
Experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions
Practical experience with Azure
Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs and modern AI/ML techniques
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and business-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience with LLM, RAG or Agentic AI
Experience developing end-to-end GenAI applications
Experience with healthcare, insurance, wellness or digital health
Experience working with large-scale data or database-oriented systems
Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production
