Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of the Technical Team with the Web and Mobile teams
Build systems, design architectures and databases, and develop technology solutions for projects
Review project code and solutions
Solve technical issues and develop workarounds and alternative solutions
Support, train, and develop programmers’ skills within the company
Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Contribute to IT solutions for logistics businesses, including shipping, terminals and yards, warehousing, trucking, and forwarding

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and development of large-scale software solutions with ReactJS and NodeJS
Deep understanding of JavaScript and experience in front-end and back-end frameworks
Knowledge of design patterns
Knowledge of clean code, coding standards, code reviews, and code refactoring
Experience with unit tests, mocking libraries, and code coverage
Ability to lead technical support and training
Detail-oriented and goal-driven
Good English; ability to read and understand English documents and communicate fluently
Able to use AI in software development practically, including writing reusable AI skills, understanding agentic AI concepts, selecting appropriate models for each task, and optimizing token usage and cost
Capable of orchestrating AI work through end-to-end AI work pipelines, from task breakdown to execution, review, and iteration
Experience or knowledge of SSO and microservice architecture, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, system monitoring, time-series databases, CI/CD tools, and cloud services is a plus
Experience with GitHub Copilot, ClaudeKit, and agentic AI frameworks such as OpenClaw is a big plus
