Review project code and solutions
Solve technical issues and develop workarounds and alternative solutions
Support and train programmers and build their skills
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and development of large-scale software solutions with ReactJS and NodeJS
Deep understanding of JavaScript and experience with front-end and back-end frameworks
Knowledge of design patterns
Clean code, coding standards, code reviews, and code refactoring
Unit tests, mocking libraries, and code coverage
Ability to lead technical support and training
Detail-oriented and goal-driven
Good English, including ability to read and understand English documents and communicate fluently
Ability to use AI in software development practically, including writing reusable AI skills, understanding agentic AI concepts, selecting appropriate models, and optimizing token usage and cost
Ability to orchestrate AI work and design and manage end-to-end AI work pipelines
Experience or knowledge in SSO and microservice architecture is a plus
Experience or knowledge in GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch is a plus
Experience or knowledge in Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
Experience or knowledge in system monitoring and time-series databases is a plus
Experience or knowledge in CI/CD tools is a plus
Experience or knowledge in cloud services is a plus
Experience with GitHub Copilot, ClaudeKit, and agentic AI frameworks such as OpenClaw is a big plus
