About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support CDs/ACDs in guiding multidisciplinary teams to define products, services, and experiences end-to-end
  • Lead experience design activities across the project lifecycle
  • Run client workshops and conduct user interviews
  • Partner with user researchers to plan, design, and conduct quantitative and qualitative research
  • Develop personas and user journeys
  • Facilitate workshops to align teams on user goals and build shared responsibility for the final product
  • Ensure UX informs solution design, user flows, and overall product strategy
  • Translate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups
  • Create presentations and communicate design reasoning to audiences
  • Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs, address technical trade-offs, and ensure a polished launch
  • Use Figma and collaboration tools to maintain a single source of truth and enable real-time feedback and access to design specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CV must be submitted in English
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent UX thinking and design system skills
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges, user insights, and UX best practices into human-first, commercially valuable designs
  • Intimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools
  • Experience participating in pitches and inspiring clients with visionary, yet credible, design solutions is desirable
  • Experience guiding/mentoring other creatives is a big plus
