About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in all experience design activities across the project lifecycle
- Drive UX structures and strategies that help teams bring work to life
- Shape customer surfaces spanning marketing platforms, products, multimodal experiences, and agentic experiences
- Translate complex business challenges into simple, human-first solutions
- Conduct user research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Develop personas and user journeys
- Translate user needs and business goals into static designs and interactive mockups
- Apply creative problem-solving and human-centered design thinking
- Create presentations and communicate design rationale to varied audiences
- Collaborate across disciplines to refine designs and address technical trade-offs
- Ensure high-quality, polished launches
- Use Figma and collaboration tools to maintain a single source of truth and provide real-time feedback and design specifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in UX/experience design (agency or in-house)
- Excellent UX thinking and design system skills
- Understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI
- Proven ability to translate business challenges, user insights, and UX best practices into human-first, commercially valuable designs
- Experience participating in pitches and inspiring clients with visionary, yet credible, design solutions is desirable
- Intimate knowledge of working with Figma and other collaboration tools
- CV must be submitted in English
