About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design beautiful, adaptive and intelligent experiences by translating complex business problems and goals into bold, differentiated ideas
- Create client-facing deliverables focused on UI design, AI-driven interaction patterns, responsive frameworks, prototypes, and visual design systems
- Design across digital products, AI interfaces and agentic services for desktops, mobile devices, wearables, and embedded surfaces
- Craft high-quality concepts, visuals, UI, and prototypes
- Create compelling presentations that showcase the work and communicate the reasoning behind it
- Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters
- Deliver visionary, award-winning, outcome-driven design for global clients, start-ups, and challenger brands
- Help lead the industry in AI-native design
Requirements
What you’ll need- CV must be submitted in English
- 5+ years of experience in digital/interactive design (agency or in-house)
- Excellent visual design skills
- Strong knowledge of foundational UX principles and best practices
- Understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into human-first, commercially valuable design
- Ability to explain your vision to members of the design team, verbally or in documentation/digitally
- Experience participating in pitches and inspiring clients with visionary, yet credible, design solutions is desirable
