About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and test automation workflows
- Maintain software components including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
- Create system and process design documentation
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Support deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues outside work hours
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Maintain partnership with technical and business functional teams to support solution delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience involving system and process design documentation
- Experience ensuring compliance with departmental design and coding standards, policies, and procedures
- Experience maintaining partnerships with technical and business functional teams
- Experience capturing business requirements and translating them into technical designs
- Experience supporting deployments, troubleshooting production issues outside work hours, and participating in an on-call rotation
- Must be able to work in the United States; position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
