About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own partners' technical implementations from initial requirements analysis and process mapping through final product and scheme configuration on the Qover platform
- Analyze partners' insurance products and business rules
- Define functional specifications covering coverage details, pricing logic, documents, and workflows
- Map complex insurance processes into functional specifications and design implementation strategies
- Perform hands-on technical setup, solution building, and configuration within Qover systems
- Guide partners on integrating with Qover's documented APIs
- Identify improvement opportunities in partner solutions and internal processes
- Feed insights back to Product teams to help shape the platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years of experience in a role balancing functional analysis (requirements gathering, process modeling) with hands-on technical configuration in JSON
- Experience preferably in a SaaS or (insur)tech environment
- Comfortable with software configuration
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts such as APIs
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Consultative approach and willingness to challenge requests constructively
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic
- Ability to take complete ownership of projects through completion
