About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and target profiles
- Write and publish clear, engaging job advertisements
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and professional networks
- Lead screening interviews and coordinate the process with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth, human candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Handle salary negotiations and contractual processes
- Manage multiple recruitments in parallel across tech, insurance and corporate profiles
- Recruit for Brussels and London offices
- Improve recruitment processes through automation, reporting, AI and new ways of working
- Report directly to the HR Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some prior experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Comfortable managing several recruitments at once across very different profiles
- Fluent in English
- Organised, autonomous and good at setting priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to create a positive candidate experience
- Comfortable owning the whole recruitment process, including salary negotiation and contractual work
