About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete and maintain functional roadmaps in collaboration with the Director Business Support Systems and functional leaders
Review vendor release and roadmap materials
Scope, plan, and execute approved application enhancement projects
Manage requests for configuration changes
Develop and implement specifications and procedures according to ISO27001:2013 standards
Manage completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases
Conduct monthly analysis and reporting on application usage and performance
Lead a team optimizing Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Kyriba, and enabling applications
Streamline processes and drive performance across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Workday Financials implementation experience or two or more years of Workday Financials Administration experience
Experience with enabling applications such as Adaptive Insights, OneSource, Bloomberg, etc.
Kyriba Treasury Management experience, or similar, is a plus
Two or more years of people management experience, including cross-functional and third-party providers
Experience with Information Technology project management methodologies, including agile
Successful completion of a variety of Information Technology enhancement projects using different project delivery models
US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts
